Its day 19 for half the batch and day 16 for the other half and im having trouble keeping the temp right in the bator, My humidity is styaing pretty good at around 60%.
Will the chicks be ok if i let the temp stay at 102.3 or should i keep trying to change it

You should try to get the thermometer even with the top of the eggs. Heat rises, so near the top will be a lot hotter than down where the eggs are. If the temperature there is 102, it's too hot. As the eggs develop they start generating their own heat, so you have to monitor the temperature and make sure it doesn't go over 100 degrees if it's a still air incubator.

Get a better themostat. Get a better thermostat. Get a better thermostat. Its the heart of any incubator.
