Is 1600 white concert cure safe for chickens?

I have a few 330gal tanks that were used for 1600 white concrete cure. It left a waxy bottom in the tank that I can not clean out. Is there a way to break down the wax or if I store water in it to water my chickens will this harm them?

I just looked it up, and the product information and msds never mention any food type applications, only it's use as a concrete sealer. Call the manufacturer directly! I wouldn't want drinking water stored in it myself.
