I have a wanted add on craigslist too, thats how I have gotten ahold of these, the one lady first said $20 for her 8 pearls that are one year old but when I talked to her yesterday she said that the money is not important and I dont have to pay her, But she is holding them for me till may 5th, do you think I should still pay her scence she is holding them?

Keep in mind, the more Pearl Greys you have in your flock, the less additional colors there may be be in your hatches, since Pearl Grey is dominant over everything else. But if bug patrol is more what you're after, then heck yah, go for the Pearl Greys! (The price is right!). I like variety in my flocks tho, I can never have enough colors or Pieds, lol. (And I'd probably have to have those Chocolates, as long as they were still breedable and are all healthy, lol).

Thanks peeps, I did not know that pearl is a dominate color trait, The lady thinks thier is 2-3 males in the group, so is 2-3 males to many for 6-7 females. I would like to eventualy breed them but I need to get a good incubator first.
