is 7 hens per rooster enough

I was ordering chickens and I wanted to add 1 NH rooster, 1 RIR roo, and 1 buff orp roo.

Are you going to keep the roosters apart, each with it's own hens?

actually, last night I changed my mind and only got 2 roosters and my ratio is now 9 hens per rooster. And, I don't seperate them. Everybody Free ranges.
