It says for layers 16 weeks or older and mine are at 10. Is that bad?

Welcome to the site (not sure if I already did welcome you :P) Don't know enough about chook feed to answer your question. Interested to know myself.

Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! X2, you don't want to be giving Layer feed to 10 week old chicks, the extra Calcium is bad for them, they would be better off with chick starter/grower or an all ages/ flock raiser type food.

X3 Pullets at this age need a good feed to grow properly. So keep them on starter or grower feed and then move on to layer feed when they start laying. It is very important that chickens get all their vitamins and minerals to be good layers and not drain their bodies of these nutrients.

Enjoy all your poultry adventures and welcome to our flock!
