The 10th will be day 21 for my EE eggs under two bantams. These are my first hatchings-is it always 21 days for bantams or could it be less sometimes? Happy hatching everyone!

well mine was due today he is the only one due today out of my first batch !this is my first ever hatch

I got one hatched!!! I went and checked the broody like 10 min ago and I have a chick under her. I was so excited I wanted to hug that hen! Its a yellow chick...sooo cute!!!!

...I watched a documentary once where they were medicating chicks before they hatched, by sticking a needle in the egg and injecting some sort of medication...so I would assume they can still live with a hole in the egg, but curiousity would of got me...and seeing a beating heart would of killed me too!
