Is are these eggs dead they all have this same thing on the top of the egg???

But the temperature is different levels in the incubator or was it just because it was getting constant heat because it was under the heater

That box is the heater btw and I have all the eggs away from it so that they don’t get cooked. Would they get cooked under it or no ?

I have one digital thermometer but we can’t find any dialed ones that you can calibrate

You don't need to be able to adjust it, just compare to a known accurate and take notes on differences.

Hot spots in incubators are not unusual, even with fans.

Because the hot spots where 14 degrees higher than other spots

Sorry, not really sure what to tell you about that....114°F will likely kill an embryo.
Maybe don't put eggs in that spot....or do some careful testing(with tested therms) to determine the temps all over incubator. Check the fan housing to make sure nothing to impeding air flow.

Yes it is a little giant incubator I bought the forced fan kit but it doesent seem it has much air coming out of the fan the eggs I had under there were not even developed so they might be fine it it was nowhere near cooking temp
