Is balding normal?

My chicks are 2-3 weeks old and have started growing feathers on their backs now and I've noticed some of my chickens have bald spots is that because of balding or is there a fight going on that I'm not aware of?

I'll try to get a better one but hopefully you are right

They get really ugly for a while when they lose their fluff and their feathers grow in. Likely normal.
