Is Bean a Cockerel?

This is Bean, he’s a very cuddly Easter egger, and I’m thinking he may, in fact, be a rooster. He’s about 12.5 weeks old and acts like a very friendly rooster, he watches the sky and warns the others about hawks. He doesn’t crow yet, and his hackles aren’t especially pointy, but I am wondering if the red on his wings is wing bar leakage, and that’s a sure-fire sign of a cockerel, correct?

So does Mr. Bean have wing bar leakage? Or Does Ms. Bean just have a fancy pattern on her feathers?

Not a leakage marking, pretty certain it's a pullet Easter Eggers can come off very rooster-y!

I'm not yet experienced with Easter eggers and I hope some more experienced people chime in but, though not particularly pointy, those tail feathers are speaking cockerel to me.
