Is blackstrap molasses w/ scrambled eggs safe for chickens?

In my coop with my chicks!
My EEs are picking on each other and now none of them have their beards and some of them are missing feathers in other areas around their heads and necks. The weird thing is that the feathers haven't grown back and they have been missing them for months. I'm thinking its vitamin deficiency. My plan based on some quick google searches is to make some scrambled eggs and drizzle blackstrap molasses over it just to add some more vitamins to the already nutritious eggs. Based on the chicken blog I was reading, cooked eggs will not lead your chickens to start a raw egg eating habit. Is this true? Thanks in advance for the advice!

When I had excess eggs, I always scrambled them and fed them back to the chickens! Great source of protein for them and NEVER (knock on wood) had an egg eater!!!
Hope this helps!

Edited to add:
I would mix the eggs with some of their feed and Rooster Booster vitamins or Cod Liver oil.

It could be a space issue or they are just bored which I tend to think is the same thing. Some people hang a cabbage ti give them something to peck at. With more space and an exterior roost they have area to peck ground and will constantly jump up and down from the roost.

Small doses of molasses is fine but refrain from fattening them. As for feeding eggs back I don't even scramble them. If an egg is old (laid in odd area and found) or overly dirty or has a crack I toss them on the ground hard enough to break well open. The birds gobble it down shells and all. I've never had an egg eater- hen eat eggs from the nests.

Space probably is an issue I totally agree. I'm working on expanding as well as selling some. We hang cabbage occasionally but there's 17 so it doesn't last more than an hour or two.
