Is bloody poo always a very bad thing?

One of the chicks I got on Sunday has blood in her poo. She seems fine otherwise, active and eating well. Should I be worried?

* I would be. Cocci is pretty common in chickies at certain ages from what I've read here. I would treat them (all).
