is Borris a Rooster Or Hen ?

Hello BYC

I currently have 3 chickens, Borris, Bok Choy and Chik Pea, and i am 99.9% sure one is a boy. As he looks/behaves so different to the others. But then today i saw a photo a some ones female

So i have included some photos, any thought would be great, you can see how different he is to his sisters.
I am happy if he is a rooster, as thats kind of why i chose him. But some confirmation would be nice

I believe these guys are about 12 weeks old at this stage.

That's a rooster, large comb for only 12 weeks.

If you look closely at his neck (and probably his saddle area as well) you can see that he is getting the thin pointed rooster hackle feathers, hens have thicker, more rounded hackles.

Wow thanks guys, so it sounds like every one is sure hes a boy ! So far no he hasnt started crowing , im a little nervous about my neighbours when he does. but we will see. And that goat - haha that is milo , she is a very nice goat
