Is Bumble Foot serious or not??

Ever since I've had my ducks in a man-made pond my female mallard has had these pimple looking places on her foot. I looked it up && figured that's what it probably was. The vet had told me when they went in for a check up that's exactly what it was. Now... her feet have developed more places. But she is walking just fine... what should I do?? Is it hurting her??

It is a staph infection that can get into the blood stream and kill if left alone.
