Right?! I go to pay bills and do some grocery shopping and come back to a dozen pages.

And schnitzel! Columbus, Ohio has the German village neighborhood,which was the original settlement. Kept very authentic and still has the best German food. I miss good cream puffs, kugle, sauerkraut, sausage, schnitzel strudel....oh man.

Ohhhh, Cream Puffs!!! I need to learn to make my own. Store bought just aren't very good.

Girl, it's hard! I made some a couple months ago- my first try. They were more like cream biscuits I think it requires a certain kind of flour that I evidently did not use. They tasted good, though.

That's the fun part of learning though! Figuring out what needs tweaked or changed along the way. Besides who cares what they look like, as long as they taste good I call it a success! lol
