If we all were traveling on the same highway it would be darn crowded.

I have always been an outdoors boy. Always with the chickens, pigs, dogs, and other animals I could grab. Used to scare my Pa with the snakes I caught. You could always find me roaming the woods.

I was outside too, but tv was always a short treat for a kid back than, so I enjoyed it immensely, and still do when I get a break.

Only three TV channels... and UHF if you were good at tuning it.

I had my own... bout a ten inch screen and a box that filled my closet... Dad found it and repaired it for me.

Thats when I discovered OLD Horror and Science fiction....

And how I learned to control my dreams because the folks were tired of me climbing in bed with them. I was about seven or eight.

I still love old B movies.... any thing with giant stuff... Ants Moths Godzilla....

Then I discovered reading.... a book a day... sometimes two. Heinline Bradbury Andre Norton... Books were so much better because you could take them with you.

I was about Ten when i red Dune the first time. Read it every year till I finished highschool.

Oh When we lived in Roswell New Mexico My favorites were the horse shows... My Friend Flicka, Fury, Lone Ranger, Zorro, and of course Captain kangaroo.
