Thanks, I'm just grateful for every day. You just never know what's around the corner.

It also reminds me people everywhere are dealing with stuff and we may not know. So I always try to be respectful because you never know.

There have been a couple of members here that have had strokes and some people were making fun of the way they wrote, so yeah, I get it.

Ovarian cyst removal. Than I got spayed twice, had to have hernia repair from the large incision from spaying, and I've had both shoulders and knees replaced.

Consult with the Surgeon is April 4 th.... Then I believe scheduling will start.

off hand I have lost almost 20 lbs.

and am not discouraged... because usually I loose twenty pounds then gain back thirty... Now I know its not coming back.... I should see 340's before surgery....

Next step is liquid diet transition.

absolutely.... The surgery is Gastric sleeve surgery... for weight loss. I have 220 pounds to loose. Once they get done my stommach will be seven ounces...

I have Diabetes type 2, Morbid Obesity, High blood pressure, as well as clinical depression and a heart muscle that as heavy and tough as old shoe leather.
