Is Clotrimazole 1% anti-fungal orally for sour crop OK?

Yes. Similar to what is in the very first post of this thread and of your thread...

Perhaps you need to consult a vet or maybe order Nystatin for birds instead?

I gave the topical cream twice mixed with scrambled eggs the first day and the second day I got Monistat 7 and gave it to her the same way. Her crop was much better already on the morning of the second day possibly thanks to the topical cream, and by the third day, which is today, it felt pretty empty in the early morning. I'll keep giving her Monistat 7 for the next few days to be safe.
Now she's more energetic and eats well but I'm just giving her wet chick starters to be safe. Then again, she's out foraging with other chickens during the day eating worms already.

I would finish the course giving the Monistat for a full 7 days, twice a day.
Don't stop treatment even if she seems all better.
