Looks like a pullet to me, but I'm not terribly experienced at these things.Thanks for the quick reply! My Sapphire Olive Egger, Stella, is a bit older than the rest of her companions and has a spiky comb. I'm guessing (hoping) it's a she, though? This is a video of her(?) on an outing in our yard.
