We've been getting rid of some beetles outside and soaking them in soapy water with dish soap.... palmolive. DH left the thing of them outside and the chickens were surrounding the thing of them that they knocked them over and were surrounding the beetles when I went outside. I dont' know if they ate any or not. Are they going to be ok? is the palmolive toxic to the chickens?

I do not think so.. our ducks, geese and chickens drink where we empty the water from the kitchen sink and dishwasher.. have been for a long time and nobody has keeled over yet..

OK, thank you

I can't keep my eyes on them because it is dark outside now. They were supposed to go in their coop at dusk but my lovely son decided to lock their door shut so they couldn't get in... as soon as I went out there to lock them in I noticed it but it was already getting dark.
