is egg fertile?

Not.sure if this egg is fertile. Can anyone help me out?

It's hard to tell from the pic. If you have a male in with the hen, it is likely fertile, even if you haven't seen any "wrestling." I never trusted my ability to determine fertility by sight, I do a test hatch.
