The leaves are dropping here in the cornbelt,Illinois,I love fall but not the cold months ahead.The nice thing will be no BUGS...LOL..

i LOVE Fall! We are just starting to come out of the heat of summer. Nights and mornings are cooling down and it's loverly. We just moved here four months ago and i am really looking forward to seeing this beautiful yard as the seasons change.

Ditto on the bugs!

Ack!!! I am not ready yet... Once fall comes here, its pretty much 8-9 months of winter. And this morning I saw the first red leaves on the trees. *sigh*

ETA: I do agree about the bugs though...

I am soooo ready, I wish it would cool down to 70 degrees here. It hasn't been as hot as it can be because of the rain, but I am looking forward to summer being over.

I love the fall! I'm looking forward to the leaves changing! And the bugs going away! I think I've fed every blood sucking insect within a twenty mile radius!

The only relief we been having from the heat is all this rain . Its been raining everyday 2 and 3 times a day for like 2 weeks . Now , we watching the rain possibily moving our way from TS Fay .

Our leaves are falling also and also pecans falling already which is Very unusual .

Maybe we are seeing signs of a very early fall season .

I love love love fall

It's my favorite season. I love elk hunting (archery) because I get to be out in the woods during fall and take it all in. We've had rain and cool temps. for the past few days, and it has put me in my fall nesting mode. I'm cleaning, baking, and crafting. I love it!

Can't wait for fall,,Georgia is so hot right now. Mmmmm, chilie w/cornbread, apples, sweaters, crisp air, bond fires, cozy quilts.........

Oh, I love fall sooo much! I can't wait to take long walks in the woods, visit cider mills, go on hayrides, traipse through corn mazes in the dark, feel the chill of a cool, foggy morning, hear the geese honking as they fly overhead...

WHOO! You guys are getting me all worked up. Fall is my favorite season by far...

We had temps this summer in the high 90's and heat index 105 - 110 .
