This is my first time hatching chicks and i'm 2 and 1/2 hours into day 21 and still nothing. I don't hear any peep or see any pips. Is this normal. I'm so anxious!

Yes it's normal. And if your temps were slightly on the low side, they may not hatch til day 22 or 23. Be patient.
