Is Fuzzy hen or roo?

Hello Fuzzy is approx 21 weeks old give or take 2 weeks. She was purchased as a pullet at 8 weeks. She is the bottom of the pecking order in a mixed flock of 7 hens. I was told they weren't sure if she was bantam. She is friendly does not crow but is always clucking.
For some reason today I had a doubt about her sex. Thanks in advance for help

From these pictures, Fuzzy looks like a pullet. By this age, I would expect more of a comb and a crest that is more swept back. Silkies are notoriously difficult to sex though, but I'd be willing to bet pullet on this one.

Looks like a silkie pullet, but it is hard to tell. I was convinced one of my previous silkies was a hen, until he crowed.
