Is Ginger a rooster?🤷‍♀️

Hello, I’m a new chicken momma. We picked six pullet chicks at the local feed store. Ginger, one of our Rhode Island Reds seems to be looking more like a roo. Any help would be great. 11 weeks old, hasn’t tried to crow that I’ve heard. He/she will be 12 weeks old on Monday.
