is grass seriously not good for them?

I mow the yard and let the chickens out and they eat the grass and so far no problems.

agreed - it doesn't seem like a problem. Thanks all.

Also, that toxics list is a mile long. It just doesn't seem manageable to remember or check. I wish there was a regional one. I'm not going to sweat it for the time being.
