the lady who I baught him off saied he was??

A picture of him standing would help. He has the white earlobes of a Dutch Bantam, but I don't recognize the color variety.

It is a cockerel, but not Dutch. White ear lobes and blue legs do not make a Dutch. However, he may be a "mix" that has Dutch background. His plumage is not that of any Dutch variety, but when mismatches are made, odd birds can appear. He can be a lovely pet, but not a Dutch....

Oh ok thanks guys I just wanted to know either way he's super friendly and makes a good little roo :) He also has 2 different colored eyes!!! One blue and one yellow!!! Cool right haha?? I know can't be shown or anything but makes the perfect little companion for my other mix hens lol

I think he is a Dutch. Just because his coloring doesn't match any varieties of the Dutch bantam, doesn't mean he isn't. Sometimes matching two recognized varieties makes some pretty funky coloring.

This is what I am thinking. I think we need a photo of him stood up
