Is he black or blue?

Thank you everyone! I am pleased with him, too. After he's 6 months, I'd like to try him at a few of the fairs and see how he does. I'd love to find a nice cochin hen to breed him with as well.

Liz, I am sorry to hear you didn't get any frizzles. We have quite a few breeders around here with them. Every swap meet I go to there are frizzle chicks available. Maybe you can find some where you are?

Nava, very nice! What color is he? He almost looks lavender in that pic. He's blue, though, right?

Will you have any straight feathered hens/pullets available at the swap? I'd like one or two to breed with my little roo.

Where are you located? Are you in Ocala? I could come sooner if you have pullets available now. Any pics of them, by chance?

I plan to be at the swap, for sure.

I will be in Ocala sometime mid month. Could I stop by and pick up one or two pullets or would you prefer I wait until the swap? Can't wait to see pics!

here are the pics, i have 2 hens and 4 roos. There is only one hen that is not frizzle and she is black, they are 3 months old today here they are when they were born, all six of them.
