Is he/she frizzling?!?!?

I just noticed today that my biggest chick in the brooder looks like his/her wings have started to frizzle! (yay) so he must have come from my frizzle hen (first egg i hatched from her. I think he is frizzling but ive never had a frizzle chick, let me know what you think please!

Shes a smooth black frizzle cochin..I got a young frizzle cochin roo with her also but hes not quite old enough yet. this chick is a silkie frizzle mix i believe...since the silkies are my busiest boys, lol.
