Is hen broody or just laying

Hello everyone so I have a chicken that is in the nest box and I need to know if it's broody or not it went into the nest box late at night

Most likely broody especially if she’s accustomed to sleeping on the roost. They’re sneaky and will go back to that nest every chance they get if broody.

Some like to sleep in the nest.
