i have a chickens egg that i am trying to hatch but when i candle it there is a black blob inside it and if i move the egg the blob moves too. is the yoke or a baby or what?! i have no clue what it is so i hope some body knows. and should i keep incubating it or not? thanks

I'm not sure from your description, but then I'm not an experienced egg candler. Have a look at this thread:

How far along is it? Unless it is 19-21 (even then sometimes) days in you should at least see veins at the top.

It didnt hatch...... but at least i have got my girls xx and 1 cockral ! lol
