Is it a good idea to introduce a new rooster to flock?

Hi everyone! Thank you for all the advice! This thread is running since December 2, 2020. šŸ¤—. In answer to Phantom_k9, I did try to tame Jefferson. And I kept him almost two years, but he was a full grown rooster when a friend rehomed him and I was ignorant that that was a bad move!
After reading everyone’s information and advise I decided to go with the son, I am calling him Jr. of my present head roo, George. He is the EE in first picture. The other two where showing the same character as the father, the bad roo, so I hate to say it but they all ended in my freezer. And eventually soups! I really do not believe in rehoming problem birds because I just transfer my problem to someone else that might end doing what I did...processing the jerk!
Anyway Jr. Is doing great! Trying to carve his niche in the flock. Attracting older girls and some younger ones. And when he gets to daring, the father, George stops him on his spurs! šŸ˜‚. He already found his place in the coop, I didn’t have to introduce him. And as long as Jr. Stays in the lower perches George doesn’t mind him being in there!
Every time I go in to feed or give them water, I make a point on petting him, tickling him or touching him in some way. Hoping he will understand that I am a friend. šŸ™šŸ¤—
You know...it’s interesting to see how some of the older hens, actually fight him off like saying. ā€œYou are to young for me don’t bother!ā€ He is trying very hard to earn his place among the ladies! I think he is a cross from EE George and one of my white leghorns! A lot of white feathers, Easter egger cheeks, and yellow legs! We will see what happens. If at last we have peace in our flock and I don’t have to watch my back worried that the roo will attack me! Or someone with me. Thank you all for sharing. It’s been fun! Included pictures of George and Jr.

Ok here is my dilema.
I’ve had my chickens for two and half years. In that time I’ve been very lucky that I’ve only lost one young rooster and one stupid hen that refused to follow rules!
I live in Dade City, Florida. It’s not the tropics but not bad weather either.
My flock is allowed during the day to free range 5 acres and to be cooped up at night for safety.
My hens/layers are different heritage breeds or hybrids. 37 hens and 2 roosters. We also have some juveniles that are being invited for ā€œdinnerā€.
šŸ˜‚ regularly!
PROBLEM: one of the rooster, George, is adorable, sweet, good tempered, intelligent and has never attacked anyone. He was one of the easter egger chicks we bought at the beginning and knows me well.
The other rooster, Jefferson, was acquired from a neighbor, he was less than a year old, and I believe him to be an Americauna. He is the problem! Attacks everyone that comes to visit, including me. The farmhand hates him! It attacked my daughter's boyfriend and she wants him processed, etc. Right now he is caged. See picture. Red one. He just refuses to realize I am top dog and his spurs are almost two inches long!
solution: replace Jefferson with new homegrown rooster. Hope hens accept newcomer and breed with him.
Reason to have a minimum of two roosters? With a free ranging flock the roosters will protect the hens from predators. I also have two guinea hens that are my security guards for the flock from air borne threats. And a pair of African Geese that are my guard dogs if anything approach the property.

All suggestions and advise is welcomed in this matter. I want to do what is right for my flock! Should I keep Jefferson and grin and bear his behaviors 😩or turn him into an ingredient of a Brunswick stew?🄺. If the answer is Brunswick stew how should I introduce the new rooster to the flock successfully! Thank you for all your advice! View attachment 2438796View attachment 2438797View attachment 2438798
