Is it a Pimple?

Hi all- my hen has a small yellow nodule on her face. Has anyone seen this before or can you identify it for me? I can’t seem to find anything online that looks like it.

Does it feel hard or like a little crusty scab from a peck? Will it scratch off or can you open it and see if there is pus inside?

Yes, it is hard, and when I scraped it, it didn’t open. It’s kind of tough. I considered lancing it and seeing if I could get something out, but didn’t want to mess with it until I tried to find out more.
