Is it a Pulllet?

I have 5 Barred Rocks (12 weeks) and one is half the size of the others and has much smaller tail feathers. They are all supposed to be Roo's.
Is it possible that they sent me a pullet by mistake (would be cool)?

It could possibly be a hen but It might also be a runt.

Why would you have all Roos if you wanted to have eggs?

I only ordered 7 pullets, but they sent me an extra 5 "freebies" to keep the heat up. All of the "freebies" were BR and if one is a pullet then I got lucky I guess.
I am also trying to get the picture to upload - I'm not to computer literate.

I wouldn't go by size- it could be a bantam. BR are self-sexing by color pattern. The smaller and more distinct the head spot, the better the chance it is a girl. Also girls have darker wash on their legs. I had an androgenous BR (split the difference between all the cues), but I got lucky and it turned out to be a girl.
