Is it a rooster? Are they both roosters?

I new to the chick world. Well, I raised chickens when I was a kid, but I don't think I worried about whether they were hens or roosters at the time.
Now I can only have hens and I'm nervous because out of the 4 chickens I bought, two appear rooster-ish

what do you think?

I'm told they are 4 weeks old.

The GLW looks like a boy and the RIR looks like a girl to me.

Your RIR's behavior might seem roo-ish just because they are more curious and bold than some other chickens. Of my new batch of chickies (now 4 months old) my RIR girl always comes running, craning her neck, making sure everything is okay. She is much more "aggressive" than the BO cockeral. Yours looks all girl to me.
