In that photo maybe 6/7 months and no egg laying

I'm going with pullet. Silkies can take their sweet time laying. I've had them go 9-10 months before the first egg.

That's a good amount of comb for a pullet. Wattle looks a good size in the first photo, but not so much in the second. I'm on the fence, as she makes me think she's a pullet, but the comb and wattle have more development than I would expect in a pullet.

Looks like a pullet. Rounded crest, and round, floozy tail all pony to pullet. The comb and wattles are a little big, but I expect her to start laying anytime now.
