Is it a rooster?

I have 12, 1 month old chickens :cdand I have notice one of the Rhode Island Reds is acting different and has longer legs and a dark red comb. This is my first year with chickens and I don't know if it is a rooster or what it is? Please give me any information you know about classifying roosters at a young age.

If it's a male the comb and waddles will start growing. where a female wont grow till latter, this is not true with all breeds it is with ones with a single comb.
