Is it bad to run my incubator for too long??

I have had my incubator running for about a month. I have a little giant 41 egg incubator. I hatched 20 chicks and I have 4 ducks due next week. And I was thinking about after they hatch filling the incubator again with duck eggs would it be okay to run for these two months straight or should I give it a rest thanks

I can't answer your question, but I am wondering the same thing about incubator life and hardiness. My incubator is old-ish, I use it on average once a year. I'm not sure how long it can go.

I can not see a problem with it. Mine has been running several months, my hatcher runs about 4 days per week, off 3 days. The heating element could burn out sooner running it 24/7/365 but whats the difference---if you are incubating eggs straight through or spread out over the years. You can replace the parts if needed down the road.
