is it because of the rooster, we get double yokes?

the black hens? or just meat?

Roosters do not have any effect on the production of double yolks.

If there is another question in there, I couldn't pick it out....

I sometimes get double yolkers out of new layers. As mortie said, the rooster has no effect on extra-yolked eggs.

Your black pullets do look to be on the large side. They could be black broilers, though I would have expected straight run in that case and not all females. Unlike Cornish X other colored broilers can have a more normal chicken life. If that is what they are you will get eggs from them.
