Is it bird flu?

I have a hen that is wheezing and gasping for air. She just stands around most of the day. Last night she did not even sleep on the roost, rather on the ground on some straw. She does eat and drink water. She stands in the water dish to cool her tootsies, but gasps for air so loud I can hear it from quite a distance. What's wrong? What can I do?
