Is it bumble foot?

I just spotted these weird spots on my hens foot and on her other foots toe. I read an article about bumble foot and how to deal with it awhile ago and the one on the sole of her foot sounds like the "ominous black scab" that the article talked about. As for the toes, I have no idea what they might be. Any advice?

That is bumblefoot on the toes and the footpad. Some people elect to try soaking the foot, but in most advanced cases, surgery needs to be performed. Epsom salts and a fish product called Tricide Neo is used for soaking. There are many threads here on BYC to read before attempting this.
