If you don't like a certain section of a forum, don't go there. Even if you click recent posts, you can SEE what section of the forum that thread is in!
I'm on other forums centered around a certain activity, but that's certainly not ALL we talk about! Who can talk chickens all the time???

I, too, love BYC just the way it is, but my problem is knowing where the fine line is between a personal opinion or just being judgmental. To me, a personal opinion may always be judgmental even without swearing or name calling. I try not to offend. I like the friendly camaraderie and humor.
