Is it legal to own mute swans in Ontario, Canada?

Hi!

I have been dying to ask this question but don't really know where to ask! I don't plan on getting swans any time soon but I love swans and I have always wondered if it is even legal to own swans in Ontario, Canada? If so where can you buy one?

they should be as long as they are pinioned so they cant get out of where you keep them
