Is it male or female?

My mom is a teacher and every year they hatch eggs so the kids can see them. 3 of them have hatched and we don't know if they are male or female or a combination of both. Please help

Yes, pictures would be needed, and depending on the breed they might be too young to tell if they have just hatched.

Post pictures once they are feathered. Most of the time, you can pick out the males by 6-8 weeks.
