Is it normal for a chick to hatch with developing comb and wattles?

My silkie hen is hatching out some babies. She had one pop out last night, and four more today. The last one that hatched has noticeable wattles, and his comb looks like its already developed some. I just find it weird because none of her other chicks have ever come out like this, including this one's bros and sisters. The mom is a white silkie and the dad is either a BR Roo or an Ancona Roo, thought its much more likely the BR.

Yes that looks normal. Why my chicks hatch, you can always see a very yellow comb, and very small wattles, those wattles do like quite big!

Congrats

Yep, normal for boys and girls to pop out with where the comb and wattles are going to come in. It is just when they grow up, they develop faster and fuller in males than females.
