Baby chicks poop will change in texture a lot. There are times it is pretty runny. I would say you are just talking about normal baby chickie runny poo.

I have noticed that with only commercial chick starter food that the chick poop tends to be runny. But once they start to eat grass and other yard stuff that their poop tends to firm up. I guess from the fiber. I take my week olds out side for about an hour a day or until they start to huddle up for this reason.

Just make sure their behinds are clean.
