Is it normal for a chick to sleep on it's back?

I keep finding one of my chicks belly up in the brooder. I keep turning her over, then a while later I find her sleeping on her back again. Is this a sign of trouble? The other ones aren't doing it.

Thanks,
Shannon

Thanks guys! The first time I saw it like this, it was directly under the light. I thought it could get overheated and not be able to move out of the way. It seems to be able to turn over though. Chances are it was just sunning itself.

But I will continue to check on it, so it doesn't get stuck anywhere.

We had one do that yesterday. That particular one happened to be completely exhausted from the ride from TSC to my house. I was shocked and woke it up just in case but it was just sleeping, lol.

At 3wkks this chick showed signed & treated for Curly Toe Paralysis....BYC members were great with their advice and suggestions....PolyVisol < iron, boiled egg yolk in his feed, taped toes & TLC. Jan 8th he was walking, getting stronger everyday. Prefers being alone, tried integrating him with his brood & tiny as he is, he's a bully. Likes to share my dog's bed in the patio, where he stays, today I find this....

No he's not dead but sleeping! This is the first for me.....

Ha ha, I've seen chicks/chickens sunning in the sun but never on their back! I recall the first time ever my son (5yrs at the time) saw his chick "pass out" & do their bath in the sun, he was so frantic. The worst part tried showing him the chick was fine by trying to stand it but it just didn't want to. He thought his chick was dying
