Made the blueberry cheese streusel cake on the right, we all meet once a year for an extended weekend to play cards, I got a bad case of migraine and had to leave after a day, but I ate cake before it struck

I started the bread last night and baked it this afternoon.

Pizza crust dough I started this morning. I failed to get a picture of the finished product but it was good.

I found this little joker where she wasn't supposed to be.

It is good to see the starter doing well! I will get stronger over the next several months too.

Over the weekend attended a Graduation party. This is what I baked.
New recipe, Milk bread rolls. Super soft, and delicious.
Ready for 35 minute bake.
The dusting on bottom is not corn meal, but Farina. The yellow color is from butter spray.

Out of oven. The thermometer poked in indicates fully baked.
Whole egg wash creates a nice copestone tan.

2 different yellow cakes. This one has confetti sprinkles added.
Both cakes are fresh plum filled.
Both are baking powder raised.

The Streusel topping contains crushed graham crackers, that create a slightly brownish tone.

My presentation assortment. The serving tray is not flat on bottom, so my cake pieces look like drunk sailors all over the place.

I get headachs once in a while. Sorry. When I do...I drink
more water. That helps me.
