That person could have coturnix and bobwhites if it is one of the ebay eggs, they would have seen a white egg in the coturnix pile and thought it was a bobwhite. Are you sure it's the one chirping?

I have a couple of coturnix hens that lay white eggs it seems the eggs get thru the paint dept quicker this time of the year, the last week 3-4 of my hens lay a white egg every other day
