Is it normal for a Cockerel to stop crowing?

My 19 week old Cochin cockerel (Luna Roo) has not crowed for 3 days.Luna Roo started crowing about six weeks ago and then stopped 3 days ago. He is the only rooster out of a flock of 3 chickens and seems to be eating and drinking with the others.
He's lazier than the two hens, but he always has been. I've chalked that up to his breed.
Luna Roo also pants, almost like a dog, this is not a new behavior either.
I do have a fan in the run and also put blocks of ice in the run daily, as I live in Florida.
Anyway, I'm wondering if this is normal for a 19 week cockerel?
hope I didn't miss something .

I'm not sure why he's stopped crowing, but I have a similar problem. I have 2 roos, both 4 months old, and both haven't crowed once in the past 2 weeks

Maybe they have nothing to comment on?
As long as they are eating/drinking/pooping/moving around OK,
I'd not worry about it.

There are some days my roos never shut up and there are other days they don't make a peep. Just chickens being chickens
