Is it normal for one hen to mature faster?

I got my RIR chickens at the same time they are 4 months old and all the same age, but one seems to be maturing faster than the others and she’s making a lot of crazy sounds, is that normal? Sorry probably a stupid question but I’m super new to chickens lol

Those aren't Rhode island reds, they are red sex links

Each chicken matures at its own rate. Breed guidelines just give you a general idea of when they'll mature on average.
